Return Policy

1. Skincare Products (Reinas Skin)

Due to strict hygiene, cosmetic safety, and product integrity standards, **all purchases of skincare products under Reinas Skin are final and non-returnable.** We encourage you to carefully read ingredients and descriptions or consult our support team before purchase.

2. Fashion & Accessories (Reinas Mall)

For luxury fashion items and home accessories, we offer exchanges or refunds within **7 days** of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging.
  • All security tags and brand tags remain fully attached.
  • You provide the original order ID or electronic receipt.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange for fashion items, please contact our support team at reinastech@gmail.com. We will coordinate our express delivery rider to inspect and collect the item. A delivery exchange surcharge may apply depending on your location.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please notify us within **24 hours** of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will expedite a complimentary replacement or 100% refund.
